In the face of emerging cyber security threats to the industry, IMO has taken the decision to incorporate mandatory cybersecurity requirements into the International Safety Management Code, Mandatory requirements set out in the ISM Code will cover the following Passenger Ships including high-speed passenger craft alongside Oil tankers, chemical tankers, gas carriers, bulk carriers and other cargo craft of 500 GRT vessels.
